All the noise.

But it's all right. Just don't touch anything, or break anything valuable, please.

I added the please to be particularly forthcoming about it.

[Well that's practically an invitation to look her up and down.]

So far, right on the mark. How have you been?

There are easy solutions to that. [It's a fairly casual comment, padding through to what he recalls as the living area of the warehouse.] Turn up the heating. Wear something on your feet. Or you could just stay in bed.

[He turns and grins, holding the next door open and scanning the room.]

Yup, just how I remember it.

Anyone with an adequate body temperature should do you. I can only make the prescription, it's up to you to pick which pill you take.

Anyone you fancy.

[Hands pushed in hip pockets, the grin curling his mouth offers its own suggestion.]

I have to admit, [He kisses back, of course, responding verbally only in the breaks between his mouth and hers.] That's what I was hoping you'd pick.

[With his hands at her hips, he pulls her flush and holds her up at the same time.]

Bedroom?

Except I didn't know about your condition until I showed up. I don't like the cold much, either.

[It's true: even in the summer he wears layers, and today there's a jacket, sweater and two shirts keeping out the chill. Something he's starting to regret as he follows on her heels.]
