[There's the sound of metal on metal, and then an odd clicking, like heels on cement. The singing is low and soft, like she doesn't want to be heard]
The itsy-bitsy spider went up the water spout,
Down came the rain and washed the spider out,
Up came the sun and dried up all the rain,
And the itsy-bitsy spider went up the spout again.
[There's a pause, and a breath.]
The itsy-bitsy spider went up the water spout,
Down came the rain and washed the spider out...
[Her voice is technically very nice, but there's an odd flatness about it.]
